WOLF ALICE Play a Secret Set at Leeds Festival 2017

Indie favourites surprise fans with a secret show at Reading and Leeds.

Not much of a surprise as they appeared at Reading the day before, but Wolf Alice made an unexpected appearance on the last day of Leeds Festival. Kicking things off at the Festival Republic stage, the band was enthusiastically welcomed by the eager crowd. 12 pm on Day Three and yet, the tent was completely full.

Wolf Alice have become some kind of live phenomenon in the last couple of years with their following growing in a fast pace. Now, after spending some time away, they’re back with sophomore effort, Visions Of A Life, set for release this month. With a broad potential and unmissable charm, Wolf Alice radiate confidence like never before.

Blending fan favourites from 2015’s debut My Love Is Cool and new material, Wolf Alice delivered a truly intriguing set. Perhaps it was too early for a few still-drunk festival goers but many gave away all the energy they had. It’s really good to have them back, and judging on the new tracks, Visions Of A Life will punch us with abundance and variety as well as high ambition Wolf Alice have always conveyed.
