SPRING KING Return with New Track ‘Animal’
Spring King have sprung back into our ears and eyes with their newest track Animal.
This is the first taste since their 2016 debut album Tell Me If you Like To and Spring King are sounding good.
The Manchester four piece sends hearts racing with thriving guitars and striving basslines like a match made in heaven. They have a new video for the track for you too, that sees the guys as lab rats for some weird and wonderful experiments and tests. Directed by The Boykov Brother’s it gives us textures and colours that are peculiar yet marvellous at the same time.
Frontman and drummer Tarek Musa explains:
‘Animal’ takes its inspiration from our unshakable reliance on technology and how repetitive modern day existence has become. There is constant tension between human nature and technological progression: we are glued to technology, sometimes not sure how to let go, whilst simultaneously fighting the animalistic, hedonistic urge to unplug and completely lose ourselves.
Not only is the band hitting up some of the biggest summer festivals including Reading and Leeds Festivals but are going on their biggest headline tour to date in September. They will cover all corners of the UK including a massive show at the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London.
