SIMPLE CREATURES Release Interactive Music Video for ‘One Little Lie’
Trash-pop power duo Mark Hoppus and Alex Gaskarth have released visuals for their song One Little Lie, taken from their new EP Everything Opposite.

It’s a well-known fact this far into 2019 that Simple Creatures, consisting of blink-182’s Mark Hoppus and All Time Low’s Alex Gaskarth, don’t take themselves too seriously. After the release of their deep-fake music video for Thanks, I Hate It, the duo has now gone the trivia-based route and posted a video featuring several truths and lies.
The video for One Little Lie presents statements from serious (“women have a higher pain tolerance than men”) to funny (“the three main types of rocks are: igneous, sedimentary, Dwayne The Rock Johnson”), and even personal (“Alex was born in England”). It features popular Simple Creatures-related items such as the sock puppets and Hoppus’ famous big iPad and challenges the viewer to figure out how many lies were told.
With only two California shows and an appearance at Good Things festival planned, the duo’s touring schedule for SC is very limited. Neither blink-182 nor All Time Low have much planned in the upcoming months, so there’s hoping something might be announced soon!
