LAUV and LANY go on a treasure hunt in the desert in colourful new video for their latest collaboration, Mean It.

This is “the only collab that matters”, we mean it.

Having recently unveiled the product of their fruitful collaboration, LAUV and LANY have now shared vibrant visuals to match their newest offering. A wonderful cut of pop magic, Mean It is sure to have you hooked from the very first note.

Wearing their hearts on their sleeves, LAUV and LANY frontman Paul Klein once again bring their expressive delivery to the forefront, reminding us to not play with one’s heart if you don’t mean it, as we hear the lyrics: “Baby, don’t run me round and round / Don’t kiss me, no, don’t kiss me right now / On your lips just leave it / If you don’t mean it.” With a mix of velvety vocal harmonies set against a mid-tempo backdrop, you’ll find yourself swooning over the blissful track in an instant. And that’s exactly what we’ve come to expect from both artists.

Adding psychedelic elements in to the mix, the video follows a treasure hunt narrative, seeing Ari and Paul on a journey where they try to make sense of what’s real and fake in the world around them.

Mean It is set to be featured on LAUV’s upcoming new album, ~how i’m feeling~, expected on 6th March 2020.
