I wrote this in a dark hotel room in Tokyo. There’s always a risk in letting someone under your skin because there is equal potential for euphoria as for devastation. Every time I allow myself to love, I’m letting someone dangle me off a cliff, trusting they won’t drop me… sometimes they don’t, but sometimes they do.
