It’s time to turn the lights down for Finally, the sultry new single from James Vickery.

Adversity can either pull us down or make us stronger; for James Vickery, he took the latter path as his natural born deafness in his left ear hasn’t hindered him from successfully making music that hypnotises and captivates. He continues to push at his sonic world as he gears up to release his debut album Songs That Made Me Feel, which will be presented to the world on July 16th.

With his new single Finally, James tantalises with a gripping cut that guides you through a sensuous listening journey, full of flickering beats and lush vocals. Teaming up with producer SG Lewis, the two craft an irresistible soundscape for you to lose your inhibitions in, and it’s a luxurious and hedonistic experience that showcases James’ ability to evoke some of your most primal emotions through his music.

Speaking more about the single, James shares:

‘Finally’ (almost ironically) always felt like the missing piece in my album. For the longest time I was missing this anthemic sounding song on the record, something that took me back to my electronic based roots of making music. I picture this being blasted full volume in a festival in the desert, one day, it will happen.
