DEAD ROMANTIC Share New Track ‘Fight Me’
Turning up the rock-factor are Dead Romantic, with their latest single Fight Me.
Dan Taylor, Mike Krompass, Chris Harrocks, Dave Langguth, and Sam Stoddard are the five faves behind the quick-rising rock band, Dead Romantic, who only debuted at the beginning of this year. Their debut album Voices is set to be released on September 3rd, and the quintet have just released the third single to be taken from it, Fight Me.
An aggressive, angsty track, about being completely done with somebody’s shit and hitting breaking point, Fight Me is something a little heavier than what we’re used to from Dead Romantic. But, boy oh boy, it’s a welcome change. The single is packed with drums, tearing guitars, and raw emotion – we love it. The accompanying music video perfectly portrays the feeling of bursting and having had enough, as it takes on a post-apocalyptic feel, with explosions and raucous noise. This as an insight into the forthcoming album evokes a serious feeling of joy and excitement.
On the track, Taylor shared:
This song is about hitting the pinnacle of the anger that you feel when someone has pushed and pushed you until you explode and you can no longer be held accountable for your actions. Like, you did this, you fucked with me for too long and I’m done, let’s throw down.
