BEACH FOSSILS Share Two (!!!) New Singles ‘Tangerine’ and ‘Social Jetlag’
As we’re counting down the days until Beach Fossils’ comeback album Somersault is out, the Brooklyn outfit eases the wait with yet another two marvelling cuts.

Tangerine is as tangy as the name gives away. With sharp acoustic guitar woven into the dazed soundscape and guest vocals from non-other than Slowdives’s Rachel Goswell, the track has an otherworldly, cinematic feel to it.
Social Jetlag on the other hand flourishes on its sharp punchlines and savvy samples. Still containing that chill vibe that Beach Fossils so often play on, it’s obvious that the forthcoming album is a major step up for the New York band. Their intricate embodiment of psych elements in a nontraditional manner and the unconditional songwriting leaves little doubt that Beach Fossils are an extraordinarily talented band.
The band’s new album Somersault is out June 2nd on Bayonet Records.
