The Scottish band to release new album, Every Country’s Sun, in September.

Mogwai have shared brand new cut, Party In The Dark, taken from their highly-anticipated album, Every Country’s Sun.

Following first single, Coolverine, the new offering is a spacious daze of trance-rock. Blending hazy vocals and sparkly synths, and with two decades of experience, Mogwai easily shape melodic soundscape built on precision and minimalism. With a dark shoegazing tinge, Party In The Dark gracefully towers over, grasping all attention it needs.

Party In The Dark will be available to purchase on 7” on August 25th, which includes exclusive b-side track Eternal Panther.

The band joined forces with producer Dave Fridmann when working on Every Country’s Sun, marking their first collaboration since 2001’s Rock Action.

Every Country’s Sun is set for release on September 1st via Rock Action Records.

The band has also announced an extensive world tour, but will play only two shows in the UK.
