Someone Put LORDE in the Louvre!
And it wasn’t even down the back!
Lorde’s sophomore Melodrama is possibly one of the best albums released this year. The eloquent lyrics and glossy pop hooks seem to be heard everywhere, and even my local gym is playing Green Light these days.
One of the most deliciously sharp love songs on the record, The Louvre, say: “But we’re the greatest, they’ll hang us in the Louvre. Down the back, but who cares, still the Louvre.”
And now, for a brief second, Lorde did achieve this feat, as a fan did indeed hang her masterpiece of a record in the Louvre.
