London-based duo Kira return with their second single That Would Be A Lie. Whilst their debut release If It Makes You Feel Better charms with its questioning lyricism and lulling beats, That Would Be A Lie brings a more dynamic face of their music.

Bright synths shine through a haze of guitars, adding a sparkle to the lively texture, whilst a syncopated bass line is set against the metronomic drums. The vocals have a simply delectable quality to them that you can’t get enough of, as they smoothly glide over and all of the different layers combined together in a warm, euphoric mix. Driving and potent lyricism carries the track forward, and the chorus is sure to lodge itself into your head for days to come.
