In the build-up towards his debut EP, Sam Fender drops video for That Sound. 

In case you thought it wasn’t possible to become more excited about Sam Fender’s upcoming EP, he proves you wrong by releasing the video for That Sound. His debut EP Dead Boys will be released on November 20th via Polydor Records, and whilst we eagerly await it, this video will be on loop.

Anthemic guitars infiltrate the air around you, creating a timeless essence that characterises all of Sam’s tracks. His velvety vocals will lift you to a different dimension with the pleasure it brings, and the melody simply demands you to rock out. Crying out “I need to hear that sound”, it’s a line that neatly sums up how you’ll feel about this track – it’s irresistible and you won’t be able to get enough of it.

The black and white video alternates between depicting Sam and his band giving a passionate performance of the track, and moody zoomed in shots of a variety of characters. Complete with flashing lights, it’s a simple yet effective video that delivers the bursting energy of the track, complete with Sam’s intense smoulder, your own feelings will come close to the violently powerful emotions that dominate the video.
