Rising London-based producer and songwriter MAX RAD returns with yet another stunner, Flesh & Blood.

Following his previous singles, Carousel and Rumours, the new offering shows a more sentimental side to MAX RAD‘s expansive sound.

Reminiscing about the past and confronting the overpowering weight of grief, Flesh & Blood is a slow-burner that brings MAX RAD’s sleek production skills to the forefront. With his soulful croon glistening on top of the multi-layered textures, it creates a brooding feel of falling into the atmospheric sonic haze. Surely, it is more personal and thematically heavier, yet the subtle electronics make it seem like a daydream.

MAX RAD says of the track:

‘Flesh & Blood’ was written in Devon last Winter. I was walking and had a split second hallucination, thinking I saw someone that I couldn’t have walking along the shoreline. I got home and the song poured out, I wrote and produced it in a day.

MAX RAD is set to play at London’s Camden Assembly on 25th April and Live At Leeds on 4th May.
