SICK JOY Release Music Video for ‘Vibe Sucker’
The grunge-y outfit Sick Joy have unveiled their latest single, Vibe Sucker, ahead of the release of their new EP, Them Days, out later this week.

The video shows the band and their friends enjoying a coke-fueled party in their garden, and it’s not the kind you’re thinking of. “Pepsi Cola, nice to know ya” vocalist Mykl can be heard singing on the track. The lyrics are like a chant of frustration at the world.
Following their previous single Shoot Your Lover, Vibe Sucker is the second track to be taken from Them Days, set for release on September 13th via SO Recordings. Mykl explains:
All of the songs were written around the same time, a period of a few months, which was kind of heavy but defining. They’re all hashed together parts of things that were going on around and how they affected myself, the other guys, the band, everything really.
After recently playing shows with Dinosaur Pile-Up, Demob Happy and Pagan, Sick Joy are soon heading out on an extensive run of dates throughout October and November in the UK.
