GREEN DAY, FALL OUT BOY, and WEEZER Join Forces for Worldwide HELLA MEGA TOUR
The three massive rock bands have finally announced their joint tour, after days of speculation by fans.

The Hella Mega Tour is set to visit Asia, Europe, the UK and North America. On top of that, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and Weezer have also all released their newest singles and announced their album release dates.
It had been quiet around punk rock giants Green Day for a while. Besides a few appearances through side projects or cover bands, Green Day as a band hadn’t performed since 2017. Until Billie Joe Armstrong suddenly started dropping the hashtags #songsforassholes and #FOAMF. The news, originally set to be released earlier, was leaked in advance by fans and pushed back to September 10th, when it was announced in a hilarious Anchorman deep fake video that Green Day will be playing the biggest tour of the year. Joined by Weezer and Fall Out Boy, it’s not quite public information yet whether the tour will be co-headlining or whether Green Day will play the longest slot, but it’s promised to be a long night of rock. With special guests The Interrupters, said to only be joining the US tour, the line-up is getting stronger and stronger.
Not only have all three bands announced their involvement in the tour, but they have also released their respective singles. Despite Weezer’s single The End Of The Game leaking early, Green Day’s Father Of All…, and Fall Out Boy’s Dear Future Self (Hands Up) were released yesterday at 5pm. Alongside it were the links to pre-order their upcoming albums, with a guarantee to receive a pre-sale link to The Hella Mega Tour ticket sales. Not a bad call, with a tour that will undoubtedly be very well sold. Playing stadiums like London Stadium, Dodger Stadium and Wrigley Field, the trio are taking co-headliners to a new height.
Father Of All… is the lead track on Green Day’s forthcoming 13th studio album of the same name, out February 7th, 2020 on Reprise / Warner Records. Check it out below.
Fall Out Boy’s new single Dear Future Self (Hands Up) feat. Wyclef Jean will be featured on their forthcoming record Greatest Hits: Believers Never Die – Volume Two, out November 15th via Island Records USA / VirginEMI UK.
Weezer’s new single The End Of The Game will be included on their forthcoming 14th studio album, entitled Van Weezer, due out on May 15th, 2020.
