LORDE Shares New Track ‘Liability’
Liability is the second single taken from singer’s new record.

Lorde only released Green Light, the first cut from her forthcoming sophomore Melodrama, about a week ago. Yet she is already presenting us with more in the beautiful piano ballade Liability.
Steering away from the grand production of the first single, Lorde soars in a brutally honest manner, only backing her characteristic vocals by a melancholic piano melody.
In an interview with Zane Lowe, Lorde said:
I love the song so much and it feels so starkly truthful to me. And I think everyone knows what that’s like, to just feel like a fucking liability.
“It was just this moment of sadness and I remember it so vividly,” she says about the specific moment inspiring the song. A self-exposing and deprecating song, fiercely true and hauntingly beautiful, Liability will definitely be in demand for any remotely melancholic soul out there.
Lorde’s second studio album, Melodrama, is set to be released the 16th of June via Universal.
