The band to release career defining album this Spring.

The Leicester’s finest return with brand new single and share details on their forthcoming new album.

You’re In Love With A Psycho is the first cut to be taken from Kasabian‘s sixth studio album, For Crying Out Loud!, out in April this year.

Kasabian are back with a serenade, and as infectious beats of the new track reach our eardrums we are being clearly reminded how much we missed these guys. “You’re in love with a psycho / And there’s nothing you can do about it” is an addictive chorus accompanied by swaying guitars and Tom Meighan’s melodic vocal hooks. There’s also that swaggering attitude we learnt to love them for.

And if Kasabian tell you that you’re in love, then there’s no point of arguing.

Written and produced by Serge Pizzorno, and recorded at the Sergery, his Leicester studio, For Crying Out Loud! will feature 12 tracks. Musician explains:

I decided to give myself six weeks to write an album like they used to do back in the day and that became really inspiring. I made sure there was no fat on anything, it was going to be classic songs, no self-indulgence, nothing was going on there that shouldn’t. I’d heard Berry Gordy had said if you’ve not got them in the first four bars then you’re finished, so I went in with this old school attitude of song-writing.

We wanted to make a very positive album full of hope with guitars to remind people that it’s still relevant.
