King Krule aka Archy Marshall blew away Thornbury for two sold out shows at The Croxton Bandroom last week.

His first show in Melbourne last Thursday was a rollercoaster ride of emotion and the immersive set was unlike anything else. With a beyond strapping catalogue of music in his pocket, King Krule delivered songs from his early days aka Out Getting Ribs and kept things current with Dum Surfer. Alongside his epic band, who gave it their all as much as Krule himself, the set became an unreal sight to witness. It was as dynamic as his sound and his genre-less directory of tunes had everyone in the audience glued to the stage to see what was going to happen next. Energy levels were buzzing as his broody vocals added an element of tranquillity all in a brief moment.
