Hot Milk have revealed a new music video for their brand new song Take Your Jacket. 

Manchester’s newest emo power-pop quartet Hot Milk seemingly came out of nowhere, but they have taken the industry by storm. Before even announcing their debut EP, they claimed their slots at Reading & Leeds and Download festival and were added as Papa Roach’s and Foo Fighters’ support for their upcoming tours.

Besides announcing their EP, set to be released on May 3rd, the band has also unveiled a new music video for their song Take Your Jacket, which they claim to be the first song they ever wrote together. The song focuses on a break-up but is surprisingly upbeat, or as the band puts it: “remember, you can tell someone to GTFO your life but with a smile.” The video is another colourful one, just like Awful Ever After, and again the dual vocals Jim Shaw and Han Mee create a good balance. Most of all, Hot Milk create seriously catchy songs with fun lyrics (shout-out to the use of the word “catastroph-eeling” in this one) that make you wanna dance and have a good time. We can’t wait to hear the EP!
