Live: FEEDER // Roundhouse, London
Feeder went all out to a sold-out crowd at Camden’s Roundhouse, with a mixture of old and new songs there was something for everyone with a very dynamic set.
Opening with Youth, Feeder’s set was strong from the start. The setlist for the night was driven from their recent album Tallulah released back in August with some old favourites thrown in for good measure. Feeder spared no expense this tour from the enormous lighting rig, stunning artistic visuals behind the band and to two batches of confetti during the set.
Lost & Found was the second song played, the crowd’s energy being brought up by the older track, the same goes for pushing the senses. Although it was nice to hear the newer material before it potentially gets lost in the extensive catalogue of songs, fans were more perceptive towards the classic hits.
“Every band needs a pop song, this is ours”, called Grant before he played Buck Rogers, fans jumping from front to back at the sold-out Roundhouse show.
The band finished with an encore of Blue Sky Blue and the song most people had been waiting for, the old favourite, Just A Day.
