Originating from Scotland, The Roly Mo are a rapidly rising, indie-rock four piece who are renowned to deliver electrifying, riveting live performances. It is not surprising then that their latest single explores the absence of dancing opportunities, which has been strongly felt this past sixteen months.

Paying tribute to the countless nights out and concerts that have been missed due to the pandemic, I Miss The Dancing is a spirited number which many of us will relate to. This track is a foot-tapping indie-rock anthem, with its exhilarating guitar riffs and vocalist Joe Morton’s epic delivery of society’s collective thoughts about the music-less reality we have endured. Reflecting the band’s adoration for live shows, the music video depicts The Roly Mo performing their captivating track but in a dark, empty room, which epitomises their yearning to see faces in the crowd.

Ecstatic to be back on the road, doing what they do best, The Roly Mo have a long list of shows for their fans to look forward to. From a sold-out headline show in their homeplace Scotland, to live performances with The Feeling and their labelmates Spyres, the band will undeniably thrive in a number of venues as live music and, of course, dancing delightfully return.

Stay tuned for The Roly Mo’s forthcoming EP How It’s Been, since this is their first physical release and pre-order details will be coming soon!
