The band to head out on a UK run of live dates ahead of Reading and Leeds Festival appearances.

Marmozets have confirmed details of a special warm-up tour ahead of their sets at next month’s Reading and Leeds Festival.

The shows come as the band prepare the final touches for their eagerly anticipated second album, a follow-up to their 2014’s The Weird And Wonderful Marmozets.

The forthcoming record has been produced by Gil Norton (Foo Fighters, Pixies) and vocalist Becca Macintyre says:

The sound we have so far is incredible. It’s still very much Marmozets and when you listen to it, it sounds like we’ve all recorded it in the same room. That’s exactly how it should be. It transmits the energy that we have when we play live.
