The band to tour the UK this October.

After announcing special warm-up dates ahead of their sets at Reading and Leeds Festival next week, Marmozets have now confirmed details of their UK headline tour commencing in October.

The shows come as the band prepare the final touches for their eagerly anticipated second album, a follow-up to their 2014’s The Weird And Wonderful Marmozets.

The forthcoming record has been produced by Gil Norton (Foo Fighters, Pixies) and vocalist Becca Macintyre says:

The sound we have so far is incredible. It’s still very much Marmozets and when you listen to it, it sounds like we’ve all recorded it in the same room. That’s exactly how it should be. It transmits the energy that we have when we play live.

Guitarist Jack Bottomley adds:

Everyone’s so excited to get back on the road, we really can’t wait. We’re all in a really good place and we’re totally ready for what’s to come.
