OVERCOATS Release Video for New Single ‘I Don’t Believe In Us’
The New-York duo shares brand new track from deluxe version of their debut album, Young.

2017 has been an astonishing year for Overcoats and they have continued this with a brand new single, I Don’t Believe In Us, lifted from deluxe LP, Young.
The accompanying video for I Don’t Believe In Us serves all of those pleasant visual desires you may have. Gorgeous colour pallet, an appropriate dance sequence and a compelling story line ticks all the boxes and pairs with the song splendidly.
Overcoats explain:
We really wanted to have a hand in the creative for the video and had a strong vision for what it should look like. We wanted to play with the idea of fairy tales, of fantasy and love and surrealism. We knew we wanted a couple fighting, brightly colored smoke, and people to fall in a pool. We wrote up a treatment and brought it to Aaron Vasquez and Sinjun Strom, who co-directed it and were absolutely brilliant. We had help from so many talented friends. It was a joy to make together.
