London based quintet Mamas Gun is set to release new album Golden Days in May.

Mamas Gun have unveiled a brand new clip for their latest track London Girls, and as the song title suggests, it captures the guys in and around London’s sights.

The video captures the song’s vivacious energy in what looked like a bitterly cold London day. It also features the epic talents of a female parkour artist taking on the capital’s biggest and iconic landmarks.

Frontman Andy Platts says:

I wanted to write a tune with ‘London’ in the title. For most of my career, I’ve been making American-influenced music and it’s nice to do stuff that kind of points to where you’re from and the fibre of your being. I also wanted to write something very empowering about the strong metropolitan London women, from the street to the boardroom.

London Girls comes from the band’s forthcoming LP Golden Days, set to be released on the 18th of May.
