43 New Names Announced for Download Festival 2019
It has been a few months since we last heard from Download Festival, but the premier rock event has returned with a whopping 43 new artists, extending their legendary line-up even further.
Adding to titan headliners Def Leppard, Slipknot and Tool, and other noteworthy names like Slash, Slayer and Rob Zombie, Download Festival 2019 has released their freshest batch of names. The biggest of the 43, arena rockers Halestorm, are set to deliver break-neck riffs courtesy of front woman Lzzy Hale. Other big names are FEVER 333, Beartooth and Stone Temple Pilots.
Just like last announcement, this one caters to various different genres. There is metal, post metal, hard rock, classic rock, prog rock and prog metal. Pop punk is represented by Trash Boat and Lost In Stereo, death metal by Behemoth and At The Gates. In short, there is something for everybody at Download, and we’re looking forward to seeing it all at Donington Park.
Download Festival will take place on 14-16 June 2019 in Donnington Park.
