Live: FEET // The Lexington, London

Indie rock band FEET brought an unpretentious, energetic performance to the BBC Music Introducing showcase at The Lexington last week.

FEET - The Lexington - GIG GOER - 2019

The Coventry quintet kicked off their year with the release of English Weather, a jangly number whose description is perfectly encapsulated by its title, followed by their first ever headline tour around the UK and Ireland.

There’s no tiptoeing around the amount of stamina and exuberance that they exude onstage. If it weren’t for gravity, they’d almost definitely have been literally head over heels. Equipped with a discography comprised solely of singles, you’ve got to hand it to FEET for firing up the crowd with songs such as Petty Thieving, unreleased tracks Hot Dog and Dog Walking, and of course, English Weather.

With not long to go until their debut album is released this summer, we have no doubt that FEET will be rocking our socks off every step of the way.
