Following the release of their sophomore album, Berkeley’s On Fire, Oakland rock quartet SWMRS headed out on a UK headline tour.

Bringing a grand finale to their UK tour, SWMRS treated us to a highly energetic performance at London’s Electric Ballroom last Saturday night. With a great dose of pure madness and tenacity, their progressive take on punk and rock truly shone in the live setting. Blending old school fan favourites, such as Harry Dean and Lose It, with their brand new tracks April In Houston, Too Much Coffee and Berkeley’s On Fire, it was a fun night for all of their fans. Tackling difficult topics like gentrification and media-related negativity in the digital age, SWMRS are a very fascinating young band to keep an eye on.
