Live: LUKE SITAL-SINGH // EartH, London
Following the release of his third studio album, A Golden State, singer-songwriter Luke Sital-Singh took to the stage at EartH for a mesmerising performance.
Ditching the band that features in his recordings for a stripped-back set, Luke Sital-Singh had the entire audience transfixed, not only with his voice but also with his sense of humour as he poked fun at them for clapping louder at the older songs. The jokes carried on throughout the set, the crowd’s laughter washing away the silence that blanketed them during each song.
Luke transitioned seamlessly between old and new as he opened with Still and Innocence before moving on to Raise Well, a song about raising kids he doesn’t yet have. The encore then brought us back to his debut album The Fire Inside with Fail For You and Benediction.
While his move across the Atlantic may mean we see Luke less often, we have no doubt that his return will be well worth the wait.
