The band has released Marlon Brandope-directed video for Looks Red, Tastes Blue.

Mayday Parade 2019

After releasing their album Sunnyland in June of 2018, Mayday Parade have toured extensively and unveiled multiple music videos in one year period. Before their latest release came Piece Of Your Heart, It’s Hard To Be Religious When Certain People Are Never Incinerated By Bolts Of Lighting, Sunnyland and Never Sure. Next up is Looks Red, Tastes Blue.

Fittingly, the clip consists mostly of heavy blue and red tones. The video shows people from different walks of life trying to deal with reality, deep in thought. As drummer Jake Bundrick has said about the video:

We wanted to make a video that connected our fan base even more and ‘Looks Red, Tastes Blue’ was the perfect song to give us that opportunity. No matter what you’re going through in life, we’re there for you. We’re all the same and we’re more connected in this life than you know. We’re family.

You can watch the video for yourself below.
