LILY MOORE Unveils Video for ‘Now I Know’
London based singer/songwriter, Lily Moore has entered into the new year with her latest single, Now I Know, accompanied by a new music video.
Now I Know is the first release since More Moore mixtape of last year. A documented project of her life through her trials and tribulations with love.
The new single is a reflective track about missed opportunities with a skinny love. Lily Moore explains:
It was one of the first songs I ever wrote. I was 16 at the time and couldn’t stop thinking that I’d lost my moment and the chance to be with someone I’d cared about for ages.
Moore’s new track brings up the innocence one has with first loves and the confusion of how to express those feelings. The single introduces itself as a soulful, bedroom pop jam with Moore’s ageless vocals taking center stage.
Directed by Rebekah Bird, the music video recalls Moore’s teenage years and situations that arose during that time. “A lot of the video actually happened when I was growing up”, she reflects. “I wanted to tell the story of lots of real memories and what it’s like to really fancy someone.”
Moore is kicking off the new year with the preparation of her tour in May with a sequence of UK dates. She will be concluding the tour with her biggest show in London at Village Underground.
