HINDS New Music Video // “Warts”
HINDS have unveiled new music video for their latest single Warts.
Madrid four-piece has shared new clip for the song Warts, the fourth single to be taken from their outstanding debut album Leave Me Alone.
Directed by Pedro Martin-Calero (the band’s previous music video for Garden) and produced by CANADA and Colonel Blimp, it tells the story of a boy who is in love with a girl that is no good for him. Shot in a beautiful Barcelona, featuring the magnificent Walden7 building as well as the city’s port, the video is an expressive visual accompaniment to the track.
Discussing the ideas behind it, the band ask:
Have you ever seen a couple that shouldn’t be a couple? Have you ever seen your friend’s girlfriend’s warts before he does? In love like in war it ain’t no rules. And she knows. She knows it well… She is gonna beat him bad, but he only hears parabarabaraba.
HINDS played a grand set at Glastonbury this year, among others, but there’s still much more to come. The band will appear at many summer festivals, such as Reading and Leeds Festival and Bestival. As for the upcoming autumn and winter, they will return for their biggest UK shows to date, including London’s Forum and their first show in Ireland.
