Aussie Londoners return with new brilliant track Rings.

Rings is the first single to be taken from the band’s sophomore album Waiting A Lifetime, due in early 2017.

And it certainly feels like a lifetime since Splashh released their phenomenal debut LP, Comfort, three years ago. Now, fresh from the Brooklyn’s Rare Book Room Studio, they are ready to unleash new sounds that landed on their upcoming second record.

Changes are good, not always easy but good. First taster of the London-based band’s recent changes sets the track Rings which captures the essence of uncertainty when moving on with one’s life. Less layers and heavier riffs make a confident and firm take on garage pop. On-point fuzzy guitars gracefully underline the pace shifting and lead raw vocals throughout the tune as Sasha Carlson sings I would change if I could.

The band says of Rings:

We feel ‘Rings‘ is the first step in showing everyone what’s to come. The song is a battle between making the right and wrong decisions. It sounds and feels chaotic like life does sometimes and coming to terms with growing older. It’s fast and in your face. Loud but also pretty. The whole record has a lot to offer. If people like ‘Rings‘ then I think they will love the record…or not!

It doesn’t really matter if you’re an old or a new fan of Splashh because based on this new cut there’s a deep sea of sounds hidden on new album just waiting to be explored…or not!
