Ben Howard has been announced to return to the Park with new project, A Blaze Of Feather.

Citadel is bringing the third festival edition to London’s Victoria Park this summer, and as it turns they still have a few surprises up their sleeve.

Ben Howard, who headlined the inaugural edition of Citadel in 2015, is set to return to the site with his new project A Blaze Of Feather. The mysterious collective is said to explore the songs of Ben’s long term guitarist Mickey Smith, and their debut EP, enigmatically titled EP 1, is out now on Howard’s record label Hell Up Records.

Having already confirmed the giants Foals to deliver UK festival exclusive performance as this year’s headliners, the line-up also includes Bonobo, Laura Marling, Wild Beasts, Michael Kiwanuka, Ry X and many more.

A Blaze Of Feather will headline the Clash & last.fm stage, which will be their only London festival appearance.

Citadel Festival will take place on Sunday July 16th at Victoria Park.
