WOLF ALICE Return with Enraged New Tune ‘Yuk Foo’

Wolf Alice’s anticipated second album, Vision Of A Life, is finally official, and the first single, Yuk Foo, will give you confidence to do about anything.

Shacking up Britain with their immense debut, My Love Is Cool, Wolf Alice became a household name amongst the indie kids and now it seems that we will finally get some new material from the London quartet. The lead single Yuk Foo of their forthcoming sophomore, Vision Of A Life, blows your mind and is deliciously unpredictable, and yet, we expected nothing less of Wolf Alice.

The delirious speed and savvy attitude of the tune almost makes up for the fact that it’s less than two and a half minutes. The grungy guitar sound, staggering drum circuit and Ellie Rowsell’s unmistakable swagger, the single strives on a seemingly bombastic confidence. “You bore me to death – I don’t give a shit”, Rowsell reflects the frustration of contemporary life and a well imbedded angsty tint. The vicious and slightly mad tune leaves you only wanting more.

The band stated:

Ok we have been waiting for this day for a hot while now but it’s here finally and we are able to tell you that we have a new album!!!! ‘Visions Of A Life’ will be out on the 29 Sept. We’re immensely proud of this album and it will give us great pleasure to share it with you.

Visions Of A Life will be out the 29th of September via Dirty Hit.
