Glasgow outfit to release debut full-length, In Memory Of, this October.

Some great new music to get your day started right. The guys from Catholic Action help that process with their latest track Black & White. With their forthcoming album, In Memory Of out October 20th, they have offered us Propaganda as a taster, but this one takes a small side step away from the energetic 80’s synths and something a little bit more raw yet delicate.

When we spoke to them last year, they gave us an insight about where they were headed musically.

We’re taking what we have and push it, and we’re quite open to experimentation. It sounds big.

And that it is. Guitars take full force and are the true star of Black & White, with an accompaniment of some perfectly placed acoustic strings just to balance it out. It sounds different from what we have heard from the band so far but in a good way. Experimenting with their sound but oozing some confidence.

The guys are off with Kagoule in November for a full tour with a couple of dates in Europe before smashing the UK.

In Memory Of is set for release on October 20th via Modern Sky.
