Norwegian trio Sauropod release grunge tinted second single, Never On Time.

Never On Time goes full energy from the start. With a chaotic beat and staccato guitar, the tune is an absolute ramshackle. It stands as the pure manifestation of being late with every part of its sonics. Though erratic, Sauropod have some punch to their message as vocalist, Jonas Røyeng sings: “rather stumble around like a clown / cause all I see, surrounding me, is people who try very hard to believe that freedom’s for free”.

Never On Time is a bit all over the place, but in an intriguing way. Makes you wonder what Sauropod will be up to next.

Sauropod are playing Camden Assembly together with fellow label mates Sløtface on October 25th.
