TOUTS Reveal New Video for ‘Bombscare’

The Irish punkers Touts unveil video for single Bombscare of their forthcoming second EP Lit.

With its gritty foundation, punky attitude and pointing punchline, Bombscare definitely voices the sound of a youth generation in opposition. The fast pace guitar ridden track showcases the edge of Touts, and we can’t wait to see what’s to come from this lot.

The video itself isn’t that exciting. Filmed in their rehearsal space, it’s more or less a straight up live video. Though, it does showcase a fragment of why this band is named one of the best undiscovered live efforts out there.

Of the single, lead singer Matthew Crossan says:

The song was written around the time when the news was covering the injustice in America, when Keith Scott was ‘shot down in Charlotte’ for no apparent reason. The song is also about the on-going refugee crisis, it’s morally important for people to help people, and you never know when you yourself may need help.

Lit EP is out November 10th through Hometown Records.
