Public Access TV announce their highly anticipated sophomore album, Street Safari, with first cut MetroTech.

Following up their critically acclaimed debut Never Enough, there is certainly high expectations placed on the New York outfit. The first taste of the album, MetroTech is a funk driven track with a flair for nostalgic beats and minimal guitar.

Though staying safe within what’s commercially acceptable, MetroTech has a fair groove.

Speaking of the tune, lead singer John Eatherly states:

I think it’s a cop-out to say that this is our mature album, or whatever cliche thing it is that bands say about their second album. There was no spiritual awakening or come-to-Jesus moment. We’re four young guys trying to figure our lives out, be good people, and a lot of the time find ourselves coming up short. Expressing this through song writing is the challenge and I can only hope the deliverance.

Street Safari is due February 2018.
