Brighton’s outfit Thyla have a new single Tell Each Other Lies which is an elated dreamy beauty of a tune.

2017 has been a monumental year for the band with releasing singles like Ferris Wheels and Pristine Dream that have brought their sound to the forefront of music press.

Taking off with alluring guitars and patient drums, Tell Each Other Lies allows space for manic chorus to unfold. Frontwoman Millie Duthie’s raw vocals show immense range and are down right impressive.

Discussing their upcoming release, the four-piece stated:

‘Tell Each Other Lies’ is about the fear of confrontation; pretending everything’s dandy and skipping through life suppressing how you really feel for the sake of an easy ride. It’s about putting up with your loved one’s worst traits because you love them and you know they’ll never change, and it’s about coming to the realisation you wouldn’t want them to anyway.

With a crazy year of touring with the likes of Dream Wife, Matt Maltese and Trudy and the Romance they are finishing off 2017 with The Wytches.
