LIZZY FARRALL Shares New Track ‘Hollow Friends’
UK born artist Lizzy Farrall unveils new single Hollow Friends that surely deserves a listen.
Hollow Friends is taken from Lizzy’s forthcoming EP All I Said Was Never Heard which will be released on the 5th of January 2018 via Pure Noise Records.
Inviting guitars and Farrall’s raw vocals create an emotively heavy track. A charismatic piano brings the track together, taking it to a profound level.
‘Hollow Friends’ is possibly one of the most personal songs on the EP. In my early teenage years I survived with mental health issues and ‘Hollow Friends’ is written about the wrong coping mechanisms I was using to try and overcome these issues. It focuses on the fear I had with abandonment and I would push people away and not want to get close to anyone out of fear.
As well as her new EP, Lizzy Farrall will also be supporting Seaway on tour this coming January.
