Dead Young, the new single by Only The Poets is a sparkling indie pop belter, with all the feels of living hard and fast before life gets too serious.

The opening bars are infused with jangly guitars, prancing beats and uplifting vocals which is just a delightful concoction for the ears. There is a definite youthful feeling to this song which works perfectly in sync with the lyrics. Dead Young is a gloriously happy and upbeat track. There are plenty of opportunities for crowd interaction as the lyrics are easy to follow which makes it’s a perfect sing along anthem with a great vibe to get those hands waving in the air.

Only The Poets are still very fresh on the music scene but they have a bright future. They already have a loyal fan base and April will see the boys playing a few headline shows as well as supporting Coasts on their UK tour which will bring them to London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town on April 26th.
