Frank Turner’s seventh studio album, Be More Kind, is out now.

On the same day that his new album Be More Kind was released, adorkable British singer-songwriter Frank Turner shared the video for his new single “Little Changes”, directed by Glenn Paton.

The phrase “If it’s easy then it’s not worth doing” comes to mind as Turner explains;

I have a long history of choosing uncomfortable and challenging ideas for videos, but I have to say that getting a dance routine together was probably the hardest one to date.

Little Changes is a bright and positive charmer with a clap along beat and skiffle feel. The idea for Turner to incorporate and attempt a choreographed dance routine reflects the vibe of the song effortlessly and you soon find yourself smiling as we see Turner being shown up by the two accompanying professional dancers. Turner is clearly having a lot of fun with this new record and his sense of humour and self-deprecation is on full display.

There is a positive and inspiring meaning behind the track with a focus on improving oneself with “little changes”. Turner describes how he drew on his experiences with CBT therapy over the past few years and the idea of trying to make small, practical adjustments to your life can add up to something significant.

Turner has just completed the sold out UK leg of his “Be More Kind” tour which now takes him around the rest of the world. If you missed out this time round, don’t fret, he will be back playing an arena tour in early 2019.
