In their signature atmospheric glow, ISLAND return with brooding new track Just That Time Of The Night.

Following their debut album Feels Like Air, which was released earlier this year, Just That Time Of The Night is the first taste of the band’s forthcoming new EP, slated for release early next year.

Marrying delicate instrumentation with impassioned vocals, ISLAND serve us another dose of daydreaming in their latest single. Tackling the feeling of disconnection from your surroundings, there’s an intangible feel to it as the wistful undertones pierce right through. The accompanying video only adds to the nostalgia-tinged aesthetics, mirroring the lyrics of the song in an absorbing manner. Watch it below.

Speaking about the track, the band explains:

Your night is winding down, everything is starting to feel a bit weird. Disconnected from your surroundings and the people around you. It’s just that time of the night.
