Peckham-based newcomers Talk Show emerge on the scene with post-punk tune Fast And Loud.

Talk Show have debuted a unique sound for themselves with their first song, Fast And Loud, and it will be interesting to see where they go with it.

The title describes the song well, the intro is frantic and urgent thanks to the static laced guitar. The vocals are dark and enticing whilst sounding like the narrator of a nostalgic horror movie. The whole track sounds like it is from another decade, with synth perfectly placed adding atmosphere to the track. Lyrically it was inspired by the bleak dystopia of Batman spin-off comic books ‘Dead City’ and ‘Monster City’.

Frontman Harrison Swann has commented:

It’s ended up being a bleak commentary about cities, but that wasn’t intentional. It’s a stream of consciousness, an imaginary account of a metropolis.
