COUNTERFEIT. Reveal Visuals for ‘It Gets Better’
Following a debut of new songs at their recent sold-out show at The Garage in London, COUNTERFEIT. released the first song from their forthcoming second album.

It Gets Better is a rallying cry of hope for anybody who feels like they’re at a loss in life, and today the band have put out a video to go alongside the song.
Frontman Jamie Bower says that: “the video and song are about healing, connection, community, humanity and spirit. We are lucky enough to have a fan base that feels like a family so [we] wanted to bring the sense of community that we feel to a larger audience.” The video is also a celebration of the diversity within their fan base. It is a heart-warming gathering that sees a mixture of people singing and dancing along to the song on their own, as well as with the band. Ending with a shot where everybody is sat in a circle as though being part of a support group, it is testament to the message of hope and acceptance that the band are trying to portray.
COUNTERFEIT. are gearing up to head out on their UK/European headline tour this Friday. You can catch them at the following dates.
