THE MYSTERINES Share Video for ‘Love’s Not Enough’
Find out how a love duo’s typical date takes a dramatic turn in The Mysterines’ new music video for Love’s Not Enough.
Just a couple weeks after the release of their electrifying new single, Love’s Not Enough, the Liverpool trio are treating us to a simplistic yet brilliantly black humorous visual adaption of the track, written and directed by Corey Rid in their own home county of Merseyside.
The video follows the lyrics of the single as its screenplay, depicting a couple spending their day together. Having a coffee in town, exploring an arcade venue, and roaming around the hills and the beach side seems like the perfect date for the perfect couple, right? In reality the love duo seems rather unbothered and uninterested in each others’ monotonous company which leads to the storyline coming to – SPOILER ALERT – an unexpected twist ending that sarcastically confirms that “Sometimes love’s not enough to make things last.”
The Mysterines are kickstarting their first headline tour this week, which includes a London show at upgraded venue due to huge demand, The Dome on 26th of February. Catch them at the following dates:
