STRANGE BONES & CALVA LOUISE Team Up for New Single ‘Nine Lives’

Strange Bones and Calva Louise bring us party vibes in the rioty and provocative new tune Nine Lives.

STRANGE BONES & CALVA LOUISE

Strange Bones and Calva Louise team up to create a goading sonic whirlwind called Nine Lives, daring you to ‘shot me down’. With a confident and careless attitude brought to life by playful vocals, rioting guitar riffs and unleashed drums, this might just be the breakup song or the pep talk you never knew you needed. And noting the diverse eight outfits worn in the song’s colourful and psychedelic video, one can only wonder: what will they wear in their ninth life?

Speaking on the new release, Calva Louise vocalist and guitarist Jess Allanic shares:

Bobby and I decided to create a song that represents a source of new energy for us. ‘Nine Lives’ captures our vision in an impeccable way, to honestly say who we are and what we do.

Strange Bones’ Bobby continues:

The track is a tool against threatening ideas, the ones that are constantly involving us in society’s sordid games. We believe we always need to be ready to act with creativity as we feel every blow we receive. Instead of accepting feelings of dismay, as if we’ve been kicked, we realised that we are paying to sacrifice (instead of living) our dreams, so we decided to stay authentic.
