Underscored with broken promises and second chances, Used To is a forlornly personal yet achingly relatable exploration of self-worth in a relationship. With a spark of true emotion, LOR pairs dark-pop leaning production with R&B subtleties to create a portrayal of love in its rawest form. Her tender vocals softly glide over a backdrop of sulky beats and wistful piano notes, whilst intimate lyricism adds a tinge of swooning melancholia to her songwriting style.

The track arrives accompanied by cinematic visuals directed by Sanjeev Kugan and produced by Paulina Van Schaik.

Speaking on the new single, LOR shares:

‘Used To’ is about being in a relationship with someone who constantly lets you down but knows how to make it up to you every time, just enough that you don’t have the guts to walk away.
