WORRYWORRY Unveils New Track ‘Bitter’
Honesty is the name of the game for WORRYWORRY’s newest single, Bitter.

West London-born WORRYWORRY continues to build on and spin his signature sound, an eclectic mix of soul, trap production, and R&B in his newest single Bitter. The roots of it have been drawn from all over his life so far, from his upbringing and exposure to folk at a young age, to his own musical discoveries both online and off-line, and it culminates in a musical identity that is unique to him.
In his newest single Bitter, he wears his heart on his sleeve with heartfelt vocals and introspective lyricism that mull upon the dwelling feelings after a relationship. It’s about those endings which aren’t as clean-cut as you might hope for them to be, and you’re left alone, trying to untangle the mess of emotions in your head. He carries the intensity of such feelings through soaring vocals and a blended drum beat, and it’s a blissful sound that counters the weight of the topic.
Speaking more about his inspirations, WORRYWORRY divulges:
‘Bitter’ is a song about what someone really wants to say to their ex after a breakup when they are still deeply in love with that person. It is a confession of how they really feel about the disintegration of their relationship. They are ‘bitter’ that their ex has been able to start a new life without them and even feel ‘better’ because of it. They are still transfixed on what they once had and are unable to move on from their partner. Obsession takes over and they cannot get on with their life without deep feelings of jealousy, anger and bitterness overtaking them.
